Luxury Sedans - 1 to 4 passengers (3 with luggage)

Super Stretch Limousine - 1 to 12 passengers (Inc 1 in front)

Mega Stretch Limosuine - 1 to 13 passengers (Inc 1 in front)

Stretch Hummer Limousine - 1 to 15 passengers (Inc 1 in front)

1. All deposits are non-refundable and are due within 48hrs of booking. You agree that the cancellation of any booking will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.

2. You agree to pay the balance due two weeks prior to the date by cash, Bpay, money order, bank EFT or credit card for all bookings. Credit card facilities are available with a nominal service fee.

3. We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle with another (similar) vehicle or refund (in full) any amount paid if we are unable to provide a vehicle due to an emergency or conditions outside of our control.

4. For the safety of all passengers seat belts are to be worn. Alcohol strictly cannot be consumed by persons under the age of 18.

5. Breakage of champagne glasses or drinking tumblers is charged at $9.90 inc GST per glass. Any damage of onboard equipment is charged at replacement cost plus fitting labour including any work the vehicle has scheduled.

6. Drivers are under strict instruction to stop and not proceed if they believe any person is not in a fit state to travel, (inclusive of unruly behaviour and any mess made). Cost to sanitize the interior of a vehicle starts at $275.00 and goes up depending upon the extent of the problem. Plus any scheduled work the vehicle is unable to attend. Costs will be charged to your credit card or cash payment at the time.
7. We shall not be held responsible to any person or persons, company or syndicate for injuries and are absolved from all liability.
8. The booking customer is responsible to ensure all passengers are aware of these conditions, and is also responsible for any damage to exterior, interior and or contents of the vehicle.
